Accessibility Statement
Here to Scale is committed to making our website and tools usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.
1. Our Commitment
Here to Scale, Inc. ("Here to Scale," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards across our website, our Report Card, and our client portal.
2. Conformance Standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
We consider the Services to be partially conformant: parts of the Services may not yet fully meet the standard, and we are actively working to reach and maintain it.
3. What We Do
Steps we take to support accessibility include:
- Using semantic HTML and descriptive labels so content works with screen readers and assistive technology;
- Supporting keyboard navigation and visible focus on interactive elements;
- Aiming for sufficient color contrast and legible typography;
- Providing text alternatives for meaningful non-text content; and
- Considering accessibility when we design and build new features.
4. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may have limitations. Where the Services rely on third-party components — such as our payment processor's checkout, embedded social media, or maps — we do not fully control their accessibility, though we choose vendors who take accessibility seriously. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us (see below) and we will do our best to provide the information or service you need through an alternative means.
5. Feedback & Contact
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Services. If you experience any difficulty, need content in an alternative format, or want to report an accessibility barrier, contact us at hello@heretoscale.com. Please include the page or feature, a description of the problem, and the assistive technology you were using, if any.
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five business days.
6. Assessment & Technology
Accessibility of the Services relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ARIA, and assumes a modern browser with any assistive technologies installed. We assess accessibility through a combination of internal review and automated testing, and we treat it as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time checkpoint.
